that we will use in this lesson.

INVITATION
We often see or read invitation for
birthday party, farewell party, engagement party, wedding party, anniversary,
promotion etc. What is actually an invitation? :bloon:
Definition
If we consult to a comprehensive dictionary, invitation has several meanings; invitation can be an act of inviting, a solicitation, requesting of a person's company, an invitation to a party, to a dinner or to visit a friend.
So, what is actually the definition of invitation?
Many people define an invitation as request whether written or spoken to participate or be present or take part in something or event .
Definition of invitation is asking someone to join or come. The aim is to invite someone to join in our activities.
The
types of Invitation
The type
of invitation of situation that used based on:
1. Who are
the object?
2. Where
does the situation take place?
3. What are
the topics talking about?
When
we take a look on several invitations which are close to our life, we will find
2 types of Invitation. As many typical printed or spoken documents, invitation
can be:
1. Formal
Invitation: This type of invitation has a meaning official senses.
It is written by institution or company. Due to its formality, such typical
invitation seems to tie the people whom are invited
2. Informal
Invitation: this kind of invitation is found a lot in social interaction.
The informal invitation can be written or spoken and commonly given or
addressed to family member, friend, mate etc.

Suggestions
1. need simple explanation.
2. choose one of the example and develop it with some exercise.
well thank you for your comment. Actually, i think it is good for students if i provide some examples or specific example for each type of card because it will make students notice that invitation card has different types. about your suggestion to, i'll try to make more exercises latter. thank you.

- you place all the material in the beginning, then the whole exercises in the bottom
Suggestion:
- I think it is better for you to mix the exercises between the materials. For example, after you give an example of formal invitation, then you should provide the exercise first before proceed to the next materials.

Weakness:
- you provide too many videos and pictures.
Suggestions:
- it will be better if you explain the language feature accompanied by a diagram, you put some arrows direction.
- you may place the exercises not only at the end of the lesson but, you can add the exercise in the middle of the explanations.
